cool 1957 Ranger camper

I know there are other camper threads, but don't have the time to find them. A frend just sent me these pics of a 57 Sport Ranger he restored. I've never see one before. It has 52 Ford tail lights.

 

Is that a pop-up? I didn't know they made those back then. Way cool. I want a vintage camper very badly.

I believe there was also a taller, non pop-up version styled after the 52-54 Fords. I think there was someone who was reproducing them at one time.

It's a type of popup. They have been around longer than most of us think.
