Cool 29 Ford delivery. More info???

Anyone know anything else about this 29 Ford delivery? Anyone else have any more photos. This photo was from an old Goodguys Gazette with coverage from the So Cal Nats in Pomona 1999. I'd love to see more on it. I think it's pretty bad***.

Bad *** lookin ride...look like 315 bfg's on the back with 16x12 or 13 wheels...maybe a 6 or 7 wide front.....cool piece

Yeah, I tried looking him up years ago. No luck. Tried again this week. Still no luck. Either the name is wrong, or this guy has very little in the way of public records on the net. Plus the info is about 12yrs old now. The guy may not even live in CA any more. I was hoping someone would recognize the car. It has a pretty unique look to it.

 

Well, I finally found another pic of this car. I was digging through the car show archives on Hotrod Hotline, and found some coverage of a car show in Chatsworth, from 2002. It kind of a ****py little pic, and it looks like the owner changed out the cool skinny front Michelin's for some wider radials. The car loses a lot of appeal for me with those fat front tires. The earlier skinny ballooned out tires looked so cool. Funny how a tire change can affect a car's look so much. I just hate wide front tires, especially on a fenderless car.
