My friend Dan did this on his phone. I think it look like 1948.

Wonder if this shot could be printed up fairly large, like maybe 16" x 20"? On some kind of paper that would accept water color paints or maybe some watered-down colored inks? Take your time to apply several thin layers of semi-transparent color that let the texture of the original print to show through. Even careful layering of just sepia tones could produce a great looking piece of art. Suitable for framing, that is.

That's actually a pretty great shot just the way it is. I'm guessing you spent a bit of time getting the lighting and white balance just right.
