Cool machine shop tour

  1. Bought a jeep from this guy a few years back.

    dude has some crazy old tools

    Cool machine shop and lots of neat equipment I would love to have that Monarch lathe thanks for sharing

  3. 36” x 20’. That’s a decent home shop size :)

    I’ve seen this guy post pics of shafts laying across what looks like a half dozen mills cutting key ways or something.

    What I like about the Monarch is the high length from the bed to the center of the Chuck. The bonus is the large bore in the headstock and probably 2 plus inches for shafts as your saying or axles. Unfortunately mine is a turret lathe 42x12 and has a low head height..
