I know this is for old Ford cars, but since the recession is over & the money is rolling again, check out this web site.

I don't think the economy will ever get that rolling again...at least not at my house.

Besides, I've had really nice cars before...and never want to have one again. I can't handle the image.

Money is rolling again? Where????? Certainly not where I live... we are at over 16% unemployment!
I've built several "show cars" and will never build another again. Too much up keep and cleaning to really enjoy. My '53 has bugs on it from the first of the summer still on it!

Sorry guys, that was sarcasm. I'm still not working after 1½ years. I would never want a car like on the site as they would be too much upkeep. The cars are cool to look at though.

Sarcasm...I get it! No $$$$$ here in Canada either! Taxes are outrageous.... Shiney cars are nice for a short time but get boring fast....nothing like primer to keep you grounded and having fun anytime.

Out of work for 1-1/2 years ! Damn , that REALLY ****S ! It must really be bad where you live ! This is the worst I have seen unemployment being this bad since the great depression ! If this is the greatest country in the world then how does the other countries survive ?
Now with things being really bad , here the gas has gone up $.30 a gallon in one week ! I guess the gas companies want to put the last nail in our coffins this time !

Clean cars HA! I'm trying to sell my Dad's '97 Towncar with 140K on it. Got it all cleaned up and put it out in front of my house for sale. Walked out to the mailbox yesterday, and was embarr***ed how it looked. Birds roosted high in the pines and took turns at target practice. That s--t is nasty and now I got to wash it again. I cant imagine having a dedicated show car/enclosed trailer queen and taking it out for cruise night only to come home with bug guts on it. Much rather have a driver that if I accidentally kick the door getting out its no biggee. tnrotter

The only ones not affected by the recession and think that its over are in congress. I haven't even been affected that much since the military has a pretty good job security but everything around me has inflated and doesn't seem to be slowing down. I'm telling you this recession is not close to being over, the worse is yet to come.

On a more positive note, those cars do look nice but I would rather have the look of my car. I'm just partial to the full steel body.

Yea just remember we the voters can change that one very easily come election day ! The entire government better wise up and get things back where it should be with people working again and people being able to spend money and buy things again or they will be out on the street like many of us are without a job !
Let's see how they would like to live that way without a job !

Hey, how about we leave politics out of here? Regardless of position, I just think its in a little bit of a bad taste to resort to dilute a thread with politics. This isn't a knock against anyone, just a suggestion.

  13. Agreed, I was pretty certain we'd already learnt politics wasn't a good idea here.
