I went to the old part of Port Arthur Tx for a job interview and while i was down there i came across this building. It looks like it was a garage/auto shop at one time. I just thought that the architecture was way cool . Its a shame the dont build them like this anymore, just throw up a metal building .....

Cl***ic southern architecture --looks like an old stage coach house. Absolutely perfect for a place to build rods.

Nothing like that in Los Angeles. My biggest problem is space, rent is too high. A place like that here would become just another boutique.

Current concrete and wrought iron prices would drive the price of that building into the outer limits! ****, I had to sell off 4 cars and pu's to even "throw up a metal building".

Its off of Houston St. Kinda rundown 'hood turning to industral type by chemical plants. It will most likely be torn down for a parking lot or something......

ahhh ok...that's how it goes beautiful old structures like that get torn down to put up some ugly new style building or a parking lot....wish more people would fight to save these old buildings...it could be turned into something great if someone wanted to put out the effort needed
