Cool old roundy round pic from local guys

I found this cool old pic......not sure of the details......

 

Nice old pic. Here is my old roundy round pic I keep on my wall. I like to pretend it is my grandpa but he was too busy working to be racing!

I found it at a local "antique"(- the pc word for junk) store. On the back it says "Mike Klapak- Ohio-PA-1950"

The last name isn't very clearly written so it could end a different way. I'm sure of the 'Klap' part though.....

Is it anyone out there's grandpa? Or self or dad or brother or cousin.....

 

Cool pictures....is that a Crosley in the backround of the top picture?
