Thats a before pic and that is the Kee Bird. There was no insurance, it ended up a couple of million dollar bonfire!

 

Lights could be seen at night when there was no power in the desert where the planes were, and things that were taken out and set down were back in place the next morning. The guys working on it even heard voices.
