    One of my favorites.

  6. Nads, how many sets of chrome slots have you got, anyway, ya bastad? I've always loved those cheap-ass wheels, ever since my Grandpa's custom van from the 70s.

4 or 5, I'm putting a set on my Capri too, maybe Cragars, we'll see.

Look at old magazines from the 60's......many hotrods were running Factory steel, mag-like wheels (Magnum 500's, etc) from Musclecars. The musclecar guys were buying Cragars, Keystones, etc.. too and the factory take-offs could be bought cheap....
I've seen many rods in '67-'71 Mags with wheels like this Rivi....

  15. Chrome reversed with baby moons were probably the most popular in that era...

Don't let anyone tell ya American Torque Thrusts were... those wheels were for the rich guys. :D

The longer I've thought about it, Daisys and Keystones were hip as well Cragars in my area.

Does anyone make re-pops of Daisys & Keystones?

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Rockets. Rocket Racing released these to tap into the "Cragar SS" market. The lowrider guys jumped all over these in the late 60's/early 70's. But they were intended for rods and some drag cars.

(I just got a set for my lowlow:))
