I have a old, rusty, 1948 Gibson Garden Tractor, and a 15 foot tall steel, windmill tower (no blades) I was going to place in my small, front yard. Just to be safe, I called Code Compliance, and was told that would be a violation (non-op vehicle). Maybe I stick them in the back yard; it's better shielded from view. Too bad I'm not a woodworker, then I could build a cemetery complete with vaults, markers, and monuments. I like a lot of what's been posted so far. Butch/56sedandelivery.
