    I saw one once that was just like your PVC "pipe bomb" only it was made from copper pipe with caps soldered on both ends and a brass drain in the bottom. It had brass fittings for the overflow and it was polished up real nice...it looked good, wish I took some pics.

    I just received my order from Summitt for a Derale cooling fan and a Dorman plastic recovery tank. It is 4"X5"X6", white plastic and mounts with two screws. It cost less than $8 and mounts on the inner fender by the radiator. It cost less to buy it new than the gas for a trip to the salvage yard.

    That would be cool. The way copper prices are right now it would be worth more than my truck....lol

    Yes, but they weren't up front near the fan, pulleys, and belts.

    made one out of 2 or 3 inch brass bed tubing once.
    Easy to solder together and looks nice polished
