What is the coolest thing that you have seen done to a stovebolt or any other inline 6?

With the new wagon my mind is just racing! I can't do much to it right now but I want to start a build journal of ideas. Starting first with what I have to work with a 235 inline. I figured that with the research in the library that I have planned (never thought I would own a 6 so i haven't taken a very close look at what is out there for speed and dress-up) would work well with the collective knowledge of the HAMB.

Raven and KC****o we need to talk sometime!

If anyone has any cool suggustions explinations or pics I am ready to learn. I have hit the search feature and found some good stuff but if ya have a link that you have bookmarked please let me know!

    Thanks-
    Cody

That Mccollough or paxton set up is nifty, I could see one of those on my Jimmy. Does any body know if the brackets are still available? Jay

I think the coolest thing to do with one of those boat anchors is to yank it in favor of a V6...but with that said, I'm actually putting one INTO my 52 (for now...first time it spits out a major internal component I'm DONE!!).

I got a good idea of how I want the motor to look in it's probationary home under my hood...I'll post pics when I get that far!

(I think the two carb look suits 'em best...)

I took this photo in 1999 during speed week at bonneville... If I remember correctly this guy said it's a GMC inline 6 with a homemade intercooler (large aluminum box in front of cowl on driver's side), and some sort of custom supercharger setup... pretty interesting I thought.

This is the Chevy six McCulloch set-up. According to the McCulloch site ( www.vs57.com ) the mouting bracket is the same as the small block chevy.

It really depends on what your use is going to be.
Is it going to be a daily driver?
    Only a weekender?
This will best determine the direction you should go.
Call me or stop by, I have stories to tell...

Have you guys ever seen this mod before? How would you go about routing the exhaust?

    Its from the www.inliners.org site

It looks interesting but how would it work?

    Cody,
You should think about using the 2-bbl. Holley-Webers that Langdon's sells.
Whether you go with one or more.
