  1. Hi Jalopy Journal,
You state, rather sternly I may add, that you are p***ionate about copyright infringement and will kick the *** of those that do so. Well, I hold the copyright for Donut Derelicts in Huntington Beach, CA and your site not only promotes Donut Derelicts, Payson, AZ but also posts pictures where our identical artwork has been altered to say Payson, AZ and Beeline. These photos and usage need to stop immediately. It is a violation and causes confusion to our brand and name.

I don't even know what Donuts and Derelicts is... So, it's not me you have an issue with and I'm certainly not promoting you. So, sounds like you have an issue with one of our users? In any case, shoot me a private message and I'll see if I can help you.

Guess they are going to have to go after the Donut Derelicts in Atlanta,Ga or the group in New South Wales,Australia.

I don't think this gal did her home work, there might be a thread posted by a member but it surely isn't Ryan posting or supporting it. HRP

Pretty sure the NAME isn't a copyright, but rather a trademark, and highly doubt it is registered. The artwork is a piece that this user claims is the artwork of a member that has since p***ed on, iirc.

It's mostly car club drama that pop shots have been taken on Facebook and apparently now is headed here. Regardless RDD, Ryan and the Hamb have no dog in your fight. If you TRULY own a copyright, or trademark, you need to contact the actual person/group responsible for using it and ask them to stop using it. Next step would be have a lawyer draw up a letter, than court.

Or, I guess you could 'kick their teeth in' but Ryan isn't your target.
