correct spark plugs

    i am runnin a factory stock div.race car this season and am a newbie,i run a stock chevy 350 (out of a 73 caprice)and seems like everyone i talk to has different outlooks,anybody know the best plug to run and proper gap thanks. sorry everyone,i would like to say hello to you all and look forward to "talkin shop" with u all thanks for any info you can help with
