    Did it originally have a steering wheel on that handle in the hood? Pretty big car.

    That's one happy kid! That used to have a steering wheel on it. A late friend of mine had one in his place for years. Some Corvette collector paid well for it a few years ago.

    yes on the steering wheel....it was really buried but with the bumper sticking out.....should have got that picture.....the kid is my great nephew.....my brother's kid's kid....no kids myself....lost most of the nephews to football.....and roller blades......at least they were all on the hunt with me.....
