It is Fat ***, a regular thing on LI NY. That particular one is the Islip NY truck.

Somehow I have never seen the dual tailpipe treatment before. I like it!

I like the third taillight treatment, have not seen a tutorial before, thanks for posting.

Not a big fan of the dual exhaust outlet, that starts to get a bit Family Truckster for my tastes.
