  4. This issue has been around since Christ was a Kid. Yes it can physically be done. Yes it has been done. Is it a good idea? Not if you actually want to drive it more than straight ahead. Why is that you say. #1 Big Issue, the fixed kingpin angle. #2 the fact that the steering arms bolt to the spindle. Yes these things can be corrected some what with a Torch but not enough to be worth a Damn. It's a Geometery thing. There are betterways!
