Well you can't please everyone all the time. I take it that there no hacked up death traps with spider web grills there.

For the most part the quality of the cars that the guys showed photos of looked pretty high. Maybe not as many and obviously a let down a week after Sacramento.

I think that the people operating the venues for a lot of the shows indoors and out are killing the shows with greed. They already get 100% of the parking, their concession stands operate inside and sell the high priced food and 7.50 beers and every year they want a bigger cut of the gate.
Yes it costs more than before to operate the buildings and fairgrounds but if you run the events off with increased prices you have an empty building or fairground that weekend that isn't making any money.

That controversial C-10 was obviously built with a blown up ISCA judging sheet tacked on the wall of the shop.
I can imagine the conversations during the build. "Look, if we add one of these it will be worth 10 more points and we can get a possible 5 points for doing that." No eye on good taste, flow or aesthetics, just how many judging sheet points will this bring? That has been an issue ever since the beginning of car shows and most likely will never go away.

And I have to agree that a lot of guys who in years past have traveled the whole indoor show season to show every weekend are probably not hitting the number of shows this year they normally do due to the economy.
