I believe this is a Cragar or a Trans-dapt FC-4 flathead transmission adapter. Adapts an SBC early powerglide cast iron ring to an early model Flathead 3 speed trans. very good condition, threads look great. $30 plus shipping , ill quote shipping if you give me a location. Ships from CT
