Well went thru all the patterns that i bought from tommyz off hamb here. Found a old crager what i believe to be a end plate for a blower. The amazing thing is the board that this pattern is on also has Bell auto on it. Well researching bell auto and was amazed to find that it is where crager starter. Not sure when this pattern was made but had to be from way back then. Just how many patterns are still out there of the days gone by? Also in these patterns were some old mickey thompson patterns some with thompson on them and some with m/t. Most have part numbers on back of boards. Also were some patterns with Parker on them which was tommyz dad. Quite a few match plates and for those who know anything about casting it's not cheap to make a match plate. I got a hemi valve cover match plate which I will be casting some hemi valve covers up if anyone needs them. Also a pattern for y block valve covers which I had never seen. It has finns but they are at an angle very cool valve cover will be fixing that pattern and casting them as well. This was a gold mine to me and will be good to get some of this stuff back out there.Alot of cool neat original garage art here. check out the pics.

Neat. I think the Cragar cover is for a 6-71 chain drive like the ones on Mickeys Land speed car. Only car I've ever seen with one. I'd like to think the weiand or Cragar 4-71 intake patterns are still out there somewhere. That would be a popular seller.

Here is a real life picture of those valve covers on a customers y block. They are pretty rad. I'd be into a set if you make them.

Hitchhiker, i will be making some but need to find a y block valve cover for measurements first. And it seems like up around portland oregon no one has one. Or at least no one has answered my craigslist add to borrow one in return for half price pair of new ones. They are so cool.

I will need to do some checking on that cover. But it's just sooo cool that it has all the oldness to it.

You need just a stock valve cover? I'll see what I can do.

Awesome find! Are you going to do sand cast? Or lost wax investment?

Very cool add for the valve covers. and yes I intend on sand casting some of these diffrent patterns up. The sad part is that I will have to do it without the m/t or thompson on the ones that have it. Altho I have sent a letter off to Danny Thmpson asking to be able to cast them on them. Not sure if he has the authority to say yes or no but figured that would be a good place to start.
