actually looks like ART WORK rather than a photograph. I'm probably wrong, but it just doesn't look like a camera shot to me.

Shouldn't handle too bad.
Mine runs pretty good up to a certain speed.
I still need to figure out what's going on there...

The dollar figure is going to depend on a lot of things. What you already have, how good you are at scrounging, buying new or used parts, what your building talents are, what drive train you plan on using, these are just some of the things involved in the cost of a rod.
