I know they went out of business but I had better luck with their cams (and Schneider) than Comp ,etc. My favorite in a small (283/327) motor for a cruiser was their 266/440 cam which I believe is an old Cam Dynamics grind. Anyway, Kragen still has a few in stock here and there-bought a cam and kit just in case-may be worth a look if you need one in the future.

Back in the early 70's when I ran sbc , I used their Fireball cam kits . Damn sweet cam and never had any problems with them either . Long lasting cam . Wish that whole thing never happened !

Crane was bought out by S+S motorcycles, the will bring back the automotive lineup but are concentrating on the bike stuff first .
Look at the Lunati VooDoo cams , those are designed By Harold Berkshire ( Ultradyne ) I have one coming for my FE project .

I noticed Crane will be at the PRI show next month. Given that, I would imagine they are planning on making a big comeback in the auto industry.
