When installing flywheel is some kind of lock washer used? New bolts from job lot, no washers. No washers when removed flywheel as well. Thanks joe smith If washers are used is clearance an issue?

  2. Joe, what's the engine? Dont use the Job Lot bolts first off. If its a common later model engine SBC, SBF, something like that, no washers. Blue threadlocker and a good torque wrench. Walk over to Murray's and get the correct bolts. Let us know about the engine, chances are if it didn't have washers originally, they are not needed. If it's a Model T, you need special bolts, drilled for safety wire. BDM
