Technical Crankshafts ? Are they all oriented the same.......

    See ebbs post a few up. Looks like the Colorado and Canyon had them, not the Trailbazers

    A racer taught me 392 hemi valve setting quickly at Gator Nationals for a friend, cylinders number same as sbc, firing order same, except distributor on opposite side of crank, turns opposite direction.

    On the Job training...

    Cylinders number the same: True.
    Firing order same: True.
    Distributor on opposite side of crank (cam): True.
    Turns opposite direction: False.

    So does the L S crank fit in the caddy block? :D

    Bore spacing, main journal size come into play, mains can use spacer bearings, it may cost a lot of mallory to balance it. Would be fun to start comparing engine families and see what kind of crazy strokers may be out there. Thrust surfaces, crank flange, balancer, timing cover seal are additional variables. Rod journal size, radius arent too bad if you're able to stick to chevy stuff because of so many options in the market.
