Crazy/Insane Shop Accidents

Probably driven over on the road. I've seem a similar case where a short length of steel bar (a bit of reinforcing rod IIRC) went right through an SUV tyre and through the alloy rim as well.

 

The craziest one I seen was the bed boxspring wrapped around the driveshaft. My own garage uh oh was changing a leaky canister fuel filter on a friends race car, the center bolt started leaking as soon as I cracked it and in my haste to pull the catch pan under it (with fuel spreading out rapidly on the floor) the mother f@#%#ing piece of shit incandescent drop lite pulled off the frame and exploded on the floor. The whole car with me under it erupted in flames! Quick work by my friend with the fire extinguisher before I got out from underneath... saved me and the car. Ruined my coveralls and I needed a neater haircut the next day...
