Hot Rods Crazy model t door question?

    Don’t flame me, crazy question? Seeing a ton of Fordor rear doors for sale as opposed to fronts. Strictly for a custom build, obviously, has anyone gabbed or seen a rear door used as a front door? By building/ filling the rear wheel cutout of a rear door to use as a front?
    I’m talking 26-27 closed car here. A quick eyeball test looks like overall dimensions are pretty darn close. I know they are slightly different dimensionally. Am I totally nutz?

    I believe 26-27 4 doors still had a lot of wood framing, and are shorter with taller window openings. There was a good tech thread on here years ago on building 26-27 doors from scratch, its probably less labour intensive than trying to make rear doors fit a 2 door body...although a short door tall T might look pretty cool if done right...

    Both my doors have zero wood. I guess the smart thing would have been to attach pics, lol. I’ll get pics of doors tomorrow
