Anyone ever done business with Cromwell Molding Company/Hot Rod Fibergl*** in Paynesville, MN? I’m looking at a new T bucket body and was hunting some feedback. TIA, JH Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I haven't dealt with Cromwell, although I talked with them about a year ago when I was considering building another '23 T. The person I talked with seemed straightforward and helpful on the phone, and the price for their '23 is attractive. I think dealing with them is basically cutting out the middle man which keeps the price down. When I built my current '23 about 14 or so years ago, I used a body from MAS. I have heard that they were actually bodies built by Cromwell. I would call the body OK but if it were to have had shiny paint I believe it would have taken some filling and a lot of blocking to look good. However I went with satin black and am quite happy with how it turned out. Lynn
I used one MAS body, never again. It was total junk. Speedway makes a nice body and it's fairly thick. SPark
