Well, there's not much hot-roddy about the Crosley, except for those with Braje mods, or maybe a V-8 dropped in for the dragstrip. But I like the little cars, have done a lot of writing about them (include the book Crosley). My first car was a 1953 Ford convertible--flathead V-8 and Hydramatic. No steering wheel has felt right since. My last fast car was a 1967 Coronet 440. Hoping to find some Muntz owners. --Mike in Oxford, OH

That's a great old B&W photo of the Muntz, Ed. Thanks for posting it. (It's almost as nice as yours--love the airbags.) When you look at it from today, the Muntz Road Jet really is like something from another world--a world where they still make Studebaker Golden Hawks. Somewhere, a long time ago, I saw a photo of a Hawk with an Allison V-12 mounted in it. Anyone else see that? --Mike
