    I have exhausted all options my starter problems are still here I'm starting completely over and gonna try the shims this time. Picking up a Duralast starter from autozone lifetime warranty and gonna give it hell!! I was givin a AOD if all else fails this time I'm taking the plunge

    Hope all works out. I did install a HI TORQUE starter intro 2 y blocks and was really happy with the out come. Again good luck. Gerry
     
  4. good luck buddy...i had problems with starters but hopefully it was due to a bad flexplate.. so everything is new i havent been able to fire mine up yet but hopefully sunday i'll be ready.
