i kno i kno im working on it! i should have em out by next friday at bobs...

 

OH! and whos bringing a camera?... all i have is a camera phone and an old polariod camera... dont think it works any more tho. lol

 

I'm in. I was there in my GTO when they closed it. Sad, sad day.

 

I'll be toting my trusty hi-zoot Sony DSLR with a killer 8gig card. I always manage to get a few good shots.

 

I don't really have anything constructive to add...thought you guys might like this cartoon...

i was thinking... we could each print out some flyers and hit up the different cruise nights on friday... i could get bobs... maybe vncruiser could get the other spot on the west side of the valley?

Gotta take my youngest kid there. Told him about it, but there has never been anything like it in his life time... To bad Bob's Van Nuys is gone..

Last time I cruised the Blvd was '77. Got a ticket in the first 1/2hr for my beetle being too low and muffler was too loud. Cops used the night stick as the guide. Said my headlights were lower then the top of the night stick... damn right they were! And the muffler was not too loud... I didn't have a muffler...Just a stinger....Oh the good 'ol days..when we were young and stupid. Heck, I'm not young anymore anyway....wonder if that's an improvement..

 

Is this how it was? Looks like fun. I wonder if "The Chuch" is a HAMBer.

Can somebody post the address for a meeting spot, or at least an address to do a map search, im from the IE and i dont know how to get there. But my car will be done the week before and id love to cruise out there as well.
