Reid, that's the jist of what I was saying before. I'm not trying to bash you. And I wasn't saying that there were no lots back in the day. Guys like you, Groucho and Bash know better than me what it was like. The small pockets that you guys always talk about sound better than one huge circus-like hub. It's just that the Rydell lot has gotten so "organized" that it somehow necessitates one of your volunteers standing out in the middle of the boulevard stopping cruisers and talking shit. You're absolutely right, nobody is forcing us to go in the lot, and I don't. I was on the boulevard and the lot came to me and others in the form of Radio Bob. Haha.

I'm done stirring shit up here. Sorry guys. I really do appreciate whats been started and all who keep it going. I just didn't like seeing my friend bashed and dismissed for having a legitimate concern. See you on the boulevard.

 

Nope, I don't bring a lawnchair and don't own a Yugo.... and I've been cruising VN before you were born. . So what if some people come to hang with there friends and show off there cars in a different way then you choose to do.

That means they are posers, wannabes, fakes, lawn chair jockies etc? Not everyone is a self proclaimed "Cruiser" like you! Stop putting people down. There's a bit more going on here than simply just popping off. A handful of guys started this thing up, and it has taken a lot of wrestling things out to make this thing work & grow, but, like with everything else worth
doing there are always those who are careless, rude, thoughtless, trouble making cock suckers who always try and fuck it up for everyone else.

The point being is that it will take a lot of looking after what has been created
to keep it going. Yes, there are rants, and arguments and so forth, but, in the long run the hope is to sustain cruising on Van Nuys Boulevard.
