Cruzr and 32gal do the "Wild Thing" ...Pictures

Well not really! We decided to take a cruise together since out two cars have never been together yet. We rode back into Trabuco Canyon, stopped at a local country store for a soft drink and some tater chips. Then down some windy roads in the canyon and on the way back a quick stop at Cooks Corner. It was a great afternoon and our 2 Hot Rods finally got to "mate" !

The cars look great together. The cars almost make for a better pair than you two.

THat run might be a fun one to do after a breakfast one Sat.

your right, this area is great cruising,we should organize one after breakfast soon.we could go down pch to laguna canyon rd and then turn right onto el toro rd which is a staright shot back to Cooks Corner and the canyon area.

 

In my opinion this is what it's all about. Who needs an orgaized event to go to? Just call up a few buddies and plan to meet, then head out for some destination that's mutually agreeable, no time table, just go where the road leads. A few years ago the guys from around here used to do that all the time. Now..................it seems like it takes an act of congress to get them off their butts and out with the cars.

If you come a little further south, like San Clemente, let's meet up. We can drive along the coast. Lots of nice places along here, and the weather is nice and cool.

 

That drive is one of the best in Orange Co. My car is close to being done. I'm there if you're going again. Scooter can ride with me. HaHa.

sounds good.........i cruised the '47 last night up to newport coast. watched the sunset with my g/f and mom (there's a nice park on a cliff), then into laguna for ice cream and home around 11pm. going out tonight again, cruising pch...........see you guys tomorrow.
