I received an order of silicone today from my supplier for my mold making. They included a flyer on a product that was new to me and I think may be helpful to some of you . The item is # TC-295 and is a 6lb. fire retardant foam system that they say has been used in industry for transportation applications to make seat cushions. It is meets DOT spec. FMVSS 302.

I have never used this but it looks like it can be mixed and poured into a mold to make seat cushions and backs. I think it would be applicable for making custom shaped and fitting padding or seats that can then be upholstered.

The material is made by BJB enterprises
