trying to get pictures uploaded!! It keeps telling me that security token is missing.

 

That is a new problem as part of the system up-grade. Be sure to send a note to Ryan or the administrator-of-the-day.
You could try uploading one at a time, or load from a Photobucket type system....It might be a file size issue...
