Projects Custom 4x2 SBC

    OK, I finished the intake, a duel quad into 4x2..It was FUN building it..The linkage especially.
    Thought I would share..

    That is just plain******in! While the linkage alone is a work of art, did you make the 'upper runners'(for lack of a better term) or are they adapted from something else?

    Actually, I was building this for someone else who wanted something different. Half way through the build he back out. No problem, I will take to the Reno Swap Meet in Sacramento..
    I like the challenge of building something different and getting creative with linkage..

    I drew up the linkage diagram and went looking for the parts. I had to modify most of the parts to fit the Strombergs direction. Lot of drill, cutting, filing and taps and dies..
    Again, it was fun and I like the challenge.
