Technical Custom Bench Seat Frames.

    Anybody out there in these hard times building custom hotrod seat frames for tapered front vehicles ?
    Not all of us drive fords so Bengals won't work.

    .........Any good upholstery shop should be able to do this. The problem is finding one. Just curious, what are "Bengals"?..........Other than tigers.

    He's "metaltwister" here on the HAMB. He made me a seat frame for my '54 Dodge truck and it was great

    Go get a seat out of a Ford Ranger. The tracks are in board. Just cut the frame down(angle in) and shorten it a bit. For a lower profile, Use an S-10 seat. Use the same process. You can make the seat look traditional. Doing the same with a mini van seat now. Extending the back upward and widening the upper part of the back to fit a Model A coupster.
