Far out Rik. THANNKS. I think this is the best thread so far. Close ups confirm amazing work- the deuce.. wow.
I've always liked the 54's but thought the upper corner of the rear window needed to be pulled back out of the "c" piller a little bit, always stops my eye.
I have to admit I never heard of Paul before, a incredible craftsman, very tasteful customs. I'd give my left nut to be able to do metal work like that. Thanks for the enlightenment
Hi Rik, We hope that you and your family had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I looked at the up date on the 41 and we are so greatfull for your help in putting them on the net. Love the response from the Hambers' on Paul's work. I am one lucky lady for all the cars Paul has built for me. We are celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary with our family this evening. We look forward to another great year. Good health&happiness to all, Patticake&Tinguy
Rik, thanks for starting this well-deserved recognition of Paul's amazing work. I have nothing new to add but would like to echo what others have already said, his skillset and vision are second to none. The lines and perfect use of color create rolling art that is timeless.
Thanks for the thread , very inspiring !! Paul is quite the visionary . Always thinking outside the box !
Great thread, amazing craftsman. I just picked up a 54 mercury and i am doing the research on the chop. I love the look of Pats 54, how much of a chop is it? How did you handle the rear window? Did you channel it into the trunk? Thanks for any help love your work.
Yes, many of us would like some pointers on chopping a 52-54 Merc-Ford-Lincoln (hardtop for me), if Paul has any input that would be Great! He is a master! Love that Mercury!
Hi, this the better half Pat. I read the post from No Plan and Crownpowder and Paul will give you a reply if you still need the info. Sorry for the delay. Post a note if you still need some help. Patticake
