It's hard to improve the looks of a Corvette.

  27. Would love to know more and see some more pics of these two , especially the finned one .

Vettes are funny , vette owners can be fickle with their “ the day it rolled off the assembly line “ mentality .

I looked at a o/t 77 vette a while ago , beautiful car , red , black leather , T-top 4 speed fully loaded , super clean unmolested . And buddy was going on and on and on how it has “ ALL FACTORY OPTIONS “ including the fender alarm .

Ummmm cool man , it’s an ignition switch in the drivers fender connected to an alarm system that never actually worked correctly .

anyways , it made me laugh as the car was your typical corvette museum piece , and with his corvette hat and white sneakers your typical corvette owner , giving me build numbers and how many where made with this or that combination etc .

Finally had to tell him , it’s a smogged out late 70’s vette !! I like them , they are fun to drive , starting to pick up in collector car circles but still …… not exactly a “ desirable car “
Think I pissed him off , could not come to a deal . Oh well I think I dodged a slow bullet it there :D

Always curious when I see custom vettes and hot rod vettes how many where restored back to factory once the fun was done snd the car was sold
