So yet again, I have been doing way too much day dreaming and not enough hot rod building. I should probably get it running first but I'm still thinking.....

I decided to ditch the "bomb in your lap" gas tank in my coupe for a spun aluminum one in the back after seeing max wedge's "poop tank"

So now I'm gonna have all this room up in the front, and I've been thinking of what I could do dash wise....

A deuce dash would be cool for the era I'm going for (50 - 54).... but I want something a little more custom.

So does anyone have any cool pictures of custom dashes in a Model A?

Jonny, it would take me till next year (haha) to post a pic, but you don't want to see it any way. It's a big hidious piece of diamond(bling bling)plate aluminum! It does it's job, i just wanted to DRIVE.

Hi I met scottrod through an introduction from donnie of imperial customs from this site. Scott was kind enough to send me a a few pics if his 30 coupe. He used a later olds dash in his coupe. Thanks Scott and Donnie

    Thats badass.....

I was thinking like a 49 ford... maybe a 53 belvidere (sp?) or maybe an early fifties cadillac.

anyone have any pictures of those, or a dash in progress?

I took 16 inches right outa the middle of a 50 dash for my 29 sedan and when I unloaded the A-bone, I saved the dash and welded it into my 33 ford pickup. Sorry about the photo. I lost the close-ups of the dash in a computer crash.

Holy CRAP!!! I love that wrap around dash. It's interesting to me that he also had to relocate the door latch and regulator.

    That is so sweet.
