custom headlight stands...opinion please

Why did you ask for opinion's? There is something seriously wrong with your at***ude.

 

Well from what I can see of your build, they do not fit. They also look way to wide and low. Remember you asked. Why not modify the headlight buckets if you don't like the angle of the mounting stalk? Thats my opinion and as we all know opinions are like a##holes everyones got one. Rock on.

 

the mounts are ugly just like your at***ude.

 

the workmanship is very nice..BUT.....curves everywhere,except in your stands. Study your design principles and give it another go.

The workmanship is very good...but, for me, the hanging down thing wrecks its design, which dont work with the rest of the car, from what little I can see of the car. Heck, maybe just a qwik lesson in styling is all ya need...otherwise man, for you this car is gonna be killer. If you're happy with it...leave it alone. That's what really counts anyway.
Heres a headlight stand I whipped together. The pix is before I cleaned it up. Like you, I just used what I had lyin' around and knew would work.

no one said anything about buying the normal stands, altho the normal store bought ones look much better, i love making stuff, and its cool you attempted to make your own. but those dont look to good.

it doesnt reflect on you personaly, so dont take it personal. just the stand arent very good looking.

 

Yep, after 6 months, still look like ****.
