Such A beautiful and timeless design. And yet with in 10 years it would be crushed because nobody gave a dam!! Life is funny sometimes . Well I don't know if Duane is still with us . But I raise a glass to his vision that has stood the test of time and has brought great joy to countless people for generations . I think I was about a year old when he started building her and I will be Sixty next month. And I cannot remember a time in my life when I did not know about her . I do love the white version best. IMO , they quit making hot rods in 1940. Everything from then on,was a custom.

    In your garage?

Sounds like it will be overpowered, no fun to drive, and a gas hog. Unless you have owned a car similarly powered and like it. You might want to rethink just how much power you need.

Health improved? not really, once a week to Dr, 5 to 7 pills a night, do not dare get a cut, about every 3 to 6 days I have to sit most of the day, Arythmia makes the heart beat extremly erratic, 2 Mini strokes, But I was going to share this last build with The guys here. seems it doesn't fit, so I dropped it. Asked the moderators to delete it.

I thank those that actually care, but I think I am out of here.

....forgot to mention the heart attack that put me in the hospital for 5 days and the surgery that removed my Prostate and left me with a couple interesting side effects.
I work on the 53 a couple hours every time I get a chance and feel up to it.
My wife has been so very Gracious to allow me to spend an atrocious amount of money on this car, I Love her dearly for allowing this last project and standing behind me all the way.
