Custom Merc interiors

He must have redone the interior since I saw it at the Merc gathering in sac.... It was tan and green then.

The Chopped Blue Merc that's on the Cover of the new Rod & Custom is one of the nicest Merc interiors that i've seen!

The 40 merc Root Beer Revival is lookin pretty sweet in the new Rod & Kustom.I dont have this magazine but a friend sent the pics and I thought it was perfect for this thread.It's not my favor***e style interior but I heard it has a real nice feature in the new Rod & Kustom.

 

Some of these are exceptionally nice, but unfortunately some of them are spoiled by a cheezy steering wheel, modern radio hacked into the dash, or some other unfortunate detail.

I just finished redoing the interior in my '52 Ford, I'll post some pics this weekend. (I ***ume it's cool even though it's not a Merc, it's the same style/era) I was very careful to make sure all of the pieces were era correct since the car was originally built as kind of a cheezy street rod.

 

I would love to see that.
