  5. Not a bad price, but it doesn’t really “kiss me back” as my grandpa would say.

My dad always said a car had to "smile back". This one isn't quite doing it for me either, but definitely right up someone's alley!

Didn’t I see that in our own classifieds?

  8. Very likely, the OP had a thread on it this morning. I politely pointed out that he had to post it in the classifieds section.

Could be cool, needs to ditch the after market headlight rings and go to a 39’ford or mercury type light and maybe mess with the windshield and you’d be somewhere

There was an actual build thread on this car like a year ago I remember, it's pretty neat. Price is not bad really, I think it could be cool.

That thing has a hell of a lot of potential but I wouldn't get hung up on history or the current look at all.
Put the doors back the way they should be, do something about those horrid headlights and chop it a bit. Sometimes you have to piss a few people off to turn an interesting car into a great one.

There is another car of this variety that just popped up that the rescuers are slowly going over and figuring out all the parts that were used to build it. It's just a wonder to me that things like this were created by the individuals of this time period, Built Not Bought!

Interesting car. The 3/4 to an inch of slop bondo on the trunk is alarming. Good bones though..
