I started on mine a couple months ago. I had it rolling at a small car show and it was a hit! made the local town paper (small town, ) Here is my progress. thought about just leaving it but I think i want to do something with the paint. working on the body filler right now.

Here is one I'm working on for my son for Christmas. The parachute isn't on in the picture and still trying to figure out the tank for the front. Not quite as tricked out as some on here but still learning how to fab and do body work so keeping it somewhat simple.
You guys with "blown" and "injected" motors, where did you find the assemblies for them? Wanting to build a gasser type for myself, and love the looks of the blown motors hanging out of the hood!

I can't speak for the others, but a machinist buddy of mine milled the one I've got out of aluminum in his spare time at work.... I guess a feller could whittle one out of wood and paint it silver if he really wanted to....
