The wife and I have been watching old Outer Limits re-runs on Comet TV lately (comes on at bedtime which causes occasional dream issues). Was dropping off one night and had season 2 episode 13 (Dec 19, 1964) on called "The Duplicate Man". The main character drove up in this. Looks kind of like a Barris-ish Riviera but caught me of guard in a sci-fi show. The story line was in the future, so this was probably 1964's vision of a futuristic ride.
Anyone have any other sightings in odd shows?

If one is going to be traveling through different dimensions that appears to be an acceptable way to do so.

I wish that the 1964 vision of a futuristic ride had held true. Look at the shit we got instead!

From a thread on a website called IMCDb.org,
"Reading in "Cars Of The Stars" published in 1974, written by George Barris and John Scagnetti ( which means it was actually written by Scagnetti) The Buick Riviera was customized by Barris for actor James Darren. Page 13. Of course this book is full of inaccuracies and Barris took credit for a lot of cars that others did at this time. So lets say it was done by Barris....."
Google also shows the following used in filming various episodes
    • 1963 Buick Riviera Ep. 2.13.
    • 1964 Ford Country Sedan Ep. 1.15.
    • 1964 Ford Custom Ep. 1.21.
    • 1964 Ford Custom Ep. 2.01.
    • 1964 Ford Custom Ep. 2.01.
    • 1963 Ford Fairlane 500 Ep. 1.29.
    • 1963 Ford Falcon Futura Ep. 1.04.
    • 1964 Ford Falcon Futura Ep. 2.01.

Amazing how one piece leads to another which leads to another....
