Technical Cutting down my banjo wheel

    Harv..By bolting the Corian to the top of the template I routed the final shape (inside and out) with a straight cut bit and then was able to use a 1/2" roundover bit using the template to guide the router bearing.
    I then had to taper the rim where it met the spokes. Different angles front and back.
    I hope this fills in the blanks.
    wingnutz...The original cost of the wheel. Everything else was leftover scraps (Corian), and a little glue I had.
    Labor? PRICLESS LOL
