okay, first thing you need to know is that I work at autozone, now having said that, for street rods call me, but stay away from the average zoner. I have a masters degree in educational psych. and about another 30 graduate hours in sped since then. I decided I was too old (50), psychology involved too much traveling (as a counseler) and I was damn tired of telling people how to raise their kids, when they wanted to be left alone. started selling car parts. automobiles! my father was a genius. There is not enough room here to tell you what he built (think articulated tractor 10 years before Stieger, I have pictures) Highboy sprayers 10years before anyone else, 56 Lincoln premier, turned into a ranchero, but, done perfect, you would swear Lincoln built it, none of this cut it off and use plywood bull. streaching out Mack truck, building a ford couier with two extra doors, a mercedes five cylinder diesel, and a toyota five speed, was just normal operating procedure for dad. more stories to come, bottom line, I am not a mechanic, I have limited skills, but I have some memories, and some amazing pockets of into, for handing wreches and cleaning parts.
