I'm sure that this doesn't quite compare, but I drive a 63 thunderbird daily. The battery in my modern car is also dead from lack of use like Rocky.
I don't drive my hot rods to work every day,,,but this week I drove the 32 pickup 2 days the 64 falcon once and the 32 roadster once,,,, Guess which day it rained,,,you got it the day I drove the roadster,,,,,what do you do when it rains,,,,ya get wet! HRP
I'd drive my Bel Air daily. If it had an engine. Or a transmission. Or brakes. Or something to sit on inside.
I rotate - '40 Ford & '53 Stude - although the Stude has been idle lately due to me not having time to fix the hood. '40 been pulling yeoman duty!
My 49 Ford COE daily driver. This is at Bonneville this year, made it there and back no problems. I guess you could call me a wimp as I put A/C in it and I have a GM pickup bench seat. Guess I need to add a heater and wipers soon though. Do not have either and been driving it since Memorial Day. Sometime i need to build a real flatbed and get rid of that 4x8 plywood on the back.
