it’s been a while since I was in the know, so I am asking if anyone can help. I am looking for a company that can either make pistons or can match a set for my Daimler Big Hemi hot rod. STD size is 3.750” can go probably upto .030” in oversize or bigger if I remove (machine out) the liners? All suggestions welcomed.

There are companies selling std ones in the UK, I’d like to see what my options are

@rovertenrod That is a fairly common bore size. It occasionally possible to subs***ute pistons from a totally different engine. The primary issue is the distance from the piston top to the centerline of the wrist pin. There are various sources on the web for that information. Of course, the other significant factor is shape of piston top or dome.

    Cool car!

Try this place https://www.facebook.com/daimlerusa/ I grew up down the street from him and he used to have a large supply of Daimler parts. Mostly for the SP250 sports car, but might use the same engine? Worth checking out.
