Dare i say Chevelle?

  1. Rule of thumb is when water doesn't instantly bead up on it the paint is fully gassed

    When I ws in high school, I worked for a restoration shop. We had a 70 SS 454 car for a LONG time. It was from MN. LOTS of rust. I basically cut the car in half and welded an Oklahoma Malibu in it's place.

  8. Silver car is dead, the only oil is in the pan. Trans and axle are dry. I do have drip trays and i use em:p

    Boy that sure*****s. Add a little violet pearl to the silver next time. It will blow you away under the lights.

    Scotty around us that’s a cop caller, orange, yellow and red. Won’t have a vehicle any one of those colors.

  16. Well the hood and deck lid are at painter#2’s shop. He’s known to be good and quick. He did my vette paint and a lot of work on my Bel Air. He wasn’t available when the chevelle job started. I don’t think he’ll be able to take the rest of the car right away tho.     I've seen painter #2's work on the Willys in person. I think you're gonna be in GOOD shape! :cool:
